Join us for a fun, empowering and confidence-boosting taster session where you can discover just how much fun pole can be. We’ll introduce you to some basic spins, learn a few simple moves and put them together into a little sequence to show off your new skills. No experience needed, no pressure and absolutely no need to be super strong or flexible. Just bring your enthusiasm, have a giggle and get ready to surprise yourself!
