Pole Flow

Pole Flow is a smooth, dance-focused class that blends graceful transitions, floorwork, and continuous movement around the pole. This class emphasizes musicality, control, and fluidity rather than tricks, making it perfect for dancers who want to explore expression and flow at their own pace. You’re welcome to dance in socks or heels, choose what feels best for your style and comfort.

Please note only wear heels if you have experience with them, as we won't be spending much time on heels technique.  Knee pads are a must!

Heels Choreo

This dynamic pole dancing workshop designed to explore movement in heels.  Focusing on posture, balance, musicality, and safe heel work while combining floorwork, transitions, and pole-based choreography.  Perfect for dancers looking to try heels for the first time or refine their foundations in a supportive, empowering environment.

Please note you can do the class in socks to try it but you'll get more from it if you wear heels. Pole dancing heels required for safety (e.g. Pleasers, Hella Heels) unfortunately regular fashion heels are not safe to use.  Knee pads are a must!

Not suitable for first time polers - we recommend you should be able to complete some basic pole spins (firelady, seated lady, back spin etc) before attending.

Commercial Heels

Bring the attitude, precision, and stage presence in our Commercial Heels Dance Workshop, with the amazing Suzi. This class blends sharp commercial choreography with heels technique, focusing on control, confidence, and performance quality.  Think music video's and live performance dancers. No prior heels experience required—just come ready to learn, move, and grow in a positive, encouraging space.

You are best with dance heels with ankle support, preferably a stiletto for technique but a chunky/block heel for beginners, a manageable height (around 2-4 inches for beginners), and a secure fit like a lace-up boot or strapped shoe, avoiding platforms or flimsy club heels for safety and proper movement.

Spinney pole

Spinney pole dancing is a fun and gentle introduction to movement on a rotating pole. Instead of relying on strength alone, you’ll learn how to use the pole’s spin to help create smooth, flowing shapes and simple spins that feel light and effortless.

This class is designed with beginners in mind but Hayley will provide different levels of combos. You’ll start with safe entries and exits, balance, and coordination, then move on to some fun combo's. All while building confidence and body awareness at your own pace.

We recommend you have completed at least level one at PB and feel comfortable with your basic spins and seat. Once we know what students are attending Hayley will be able to adapt her class plan to suit the levels.
