Our pole dancing and burlesque lessons are for ladies (over 16) all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness.  Our studio is on Nelson Street,  Kilmarnock, Ayrshire (top floor of the Sally's building) and provides a fun, alternate way to keep fit, shape up and lose weight. The classes are taught in a way that enables our ladies to build confidence and boost self-esteem, helping them feel empowered in everyday life.
